OUR MISSION
The SAVE CONGO’s mission is to help people whose lives and livelihoods are shattered by epidemics, conflicts of all kinds, humanitarian crises, disaster and other abuses to survive, recover and gain control of their lives. The organization is intended to save lives, alleviate suffering and maintain human dignity during and after man-made crises and disasters caused by natural hazards, as well as to prevent and strengthen preparedness for when such situations occur. Health care, humanitarian aid and development support is a material and logistic assistance we provide people who need help amongst abandoned children, AIDS orphans, single mothers, malnourished pregnant and breastfeeding women, survivors of gender-based violence, people living with disabilities, internally displaced persons, refugees, victims of cruel and inhuman treatment, homeless and old persons. Our actions are governed by the key development and humanitarian principles of humanity, accessibility, impartiality, neutrality and independence.
